The competition is international, open to architects from outside Europe as well. Individual architects, architectural teams, individual studios or collaborations of studios can participate in the competition. As the first round evaluation will be highly focused on references, the authorship of the submitted projects will be taken into account when evaluating the reference projects. In consideration of successful future collaboration, experience and ability to actually collaborate on a project of such scale and importance will be considered in the evaluation.
